Maria Rosino-Miracco is the principal of Rosino-Miracco Law Office specializing in mortgage banking, banking, and credit union regulatory issues, software companies, business transactions, and residential and commercial real property matters.
Maria Rosino-Miracco is a graduate of California State University, Northridge, graduating in 1995 with a B.S. in International Business and minors in Economics and Italian, and then obtained her Juris Doctorate at the University of West Los Angeles School of Law in 1999. Since 2001, she has held executive positions with Countrywide Financial Corporation and was in-house counsel and compliance manager for Arrowhead Credit Union and their subsidiary companies. Since 2007, she has been in private legal practice supporting the financial and business communities with her knowledge and expertise in legal and regulatory compliance matters.
Mrs. Rosino-Miracco is a member of the State Bar of California, a member of the Federal Bar of the State of Illinois, and a local real estate company, Premia Realty Group, Inc. She previously served as a Board Member on the San Diego Tax Assessment Appeals Board and was a Temporary Judge in the San Diego Superior Court.
